INVIVO X , SARAH JESSICA PARKER SAUVIGNON BLANC
Sauvignon Blanc is our heartland. Crafted in the esteemed wine-growing region of Marlborough, New Zealand, Invivo X, SJP Sauvignon Blanc is the result of a heartfelt collaboration between Sarah Jessica Parker and Invivo. This critically acclaimed wine has earned over 60 gold medals and top scores, including five 90+ point ratings from Wine Spectator across its first five vintages.
Each year, Sarah Jessica, alongside Invivo cofounders Tim and Rob, meticulously tastes and blends the latest vintage. The result is Sarah Jessica’s distinct Sauvignon Blanc style, characterized by its softness and subtle oak influence. This is achieved through late harvesting, a touch of skin contact, and the use of French barriques, hogsheads, and non-barrel blonde oak products.
TASTING NOTE
The nose is expansive, complex and elegant. Guava, orange blossom and lime zest combine to give a lifted yet refined aromatic experience.
The wine begins broadly in the palate, seeking all available tastebuds, and then expands further with notes of passionfruit, ripe pepper and candied lemon rind throughout the mouthfeel. Texturally the wine is full-boded with accompanied by sublime acidity that counterpoints the abundance of complex flavors. Superb on its own or with your own choice of cuisine.
“It’s important to us that we continue to uphold the high level of quality that our customers have come to expect from us, but with experience also comes the ability to reflect on previous years and challenge ourselves to build on the structure, complexity and sophistication of our signature style. Our Sauvignon Blanc has an incredible fragrance with perfectly balanced flavors of guava and citrus rind that are mouthwatering. We care deeply about our customers around the world and their loyalty to this wine.”
